This is only a partial list. Please ask if you would like additional information.
What Can I Expect from "Hopeful Hearts" Instruction?
Horseback therapy promotes core strength, fine motor control, speech development, social and coping skills. The improvements are sometimes gradual, other times surprisingly swift, but always incredibly exciting.
An evaluation by a PATH instructor is conducted to determine ability and lesson possibilities, followed by consultation with the parent or adult student. Lessons will be scheduled, planned and conducted with instructors and, if considered necessary, volunteers to assist the student and instructor. As goals are achieved, new ones will be set.
